changedIf you run the game from the desktop shortcut, it'll go full-screen. However, if you alt-tab out, it'll run in the original, small resolution. We left this alone because if you run the game from the Steam client using the Play button, you get three windowed resolution options and the usual full-screen option.
addedAll of the documents are in the docs folder in your install folder on your hard drive. You can also download all three of the new docs via the Steam page but I've not yet figured out how to rename them properly.
