Production Plans

The empire is still just getting started.

The demo only shows a small piece of the chaos we want to put into Stamperor! throughout development.

Here’s a summary of what already exists, what we are currently working on, and what is still coming in future updates and in the full version of the game.

🚩 Empire Systems

The systems are what keep the empire running… or slowly collapsing in your hands.

Missions (100)

During runs, players will be able to reach special milestones and complete missions by causing certain events, surviving specific situations, or making important decisions.

These milestones unlock new documents, characters, events, and stamps to be used in future runs, constantly expanding the empire’s possibilities.

Civilization Leveling

As more people arrive, the empire evolves. New possibilities begin to appear, bringing new challenges, constructions, and problems for you to solve in the worst way possible.

✅ Stamps

Stamps are the heart of Stamperor!. Simply accepting or denying requests is not enough. You can modify decisions, create strange effects, and turn simple situations into administrative disasters.

Modifiers (12)

Stamps with special effects that alter the outcome of decisions.

Imperial Stamps (6)

Rare and absurdly powerful stamps created for those who wish to rule the empire with questionable responsibility. To obtain them during a run, specific missions tied to the chosen stamp must be completed.

👽 Characters

The empire will be filled with strange figures, suspicious citizens, and people clearly incapable of making good decisions without your help.

Common Characters (4)

Recurring characters already appearing in the demo

Characters (21)

Unique characters with their own events, exclusive problems, and plenty of potential to cause trouble for you.

📜 Documents and Decrees

Ruling an empire means stamping important papers without reading half of them.

Construction (35)

Documents related to the empire’s expansion, public works, and city growth.

Reaction and Story (150+)

Documents showing how the people and other parts of the empire react to your brilliant or terrible decisions.

🌠Events

The empire never stays calm for long. Random events may bring crises, festivals, accidents, political conflicts, unexpected visits, and several other problems that probably could have been avoided... Probably.

Location Events (15)

Exclusive events tied to specific map regions, bringing unique situations depending on where you rule. Each location has 3 unique events.

General Events (15+)

Broader events that can happen anywhere in the empire.

Construction Events (8+)

Events related to specific buildings, urban expansion, and the consequences of city growth.

🌄Maps (5)

We are planning multiple playable maps and regions, each with its own challenges. Every map will feature exclusive events and unique problems.

What’s coming in future updates?

The current demo is only the beginning of the empire.

Future updates will add:

  • More events

  • New characters

  • More stamps and special effects

  • Expansion of the empire systems

  • New maps and exclusive events

  • More documents, decisions, and consequences

  • More ways to unlock content between runs

  • More organized administrative chaos

The idea is to make every run feel like a different story, where small decisions can turn an entire empire into absolute glory… or into a bureaucratic fire impossible to extinguish.
