Are clips only allowed about Assault on the Reichstag within the challenge?
No. You may create content on any topic, as long as the clips are about STALCRAFT: X.
Are hand-drawn 2D clips, CGI videos, and works created using AI accepted?
Yes. Gameplay footage, hand-drawn 2D clips, CGI videos, and works created using AI are all acceptable. The main requirement is that the video must be related to STALCRAFT: X and comply with the rules of the Clip Challenge 2026.
Is the reward only available for submitting 5 clips?
Yes. Rewards are issued only for your 5 best clips. Exception: the skins for the bolt Thorn: Electric and Thorn: Flare — these can only be obtained once.
Are memes allowed in clips?
Yes, they are permitted.
Can stream fragments be used?
Yes, but with restrictions:
If using someone else's stream, you must obtain the author's permission.
The work must be original and created specifically for the Clip Challenge. A simple fragment from a stream without significant editing will not meet the challenge's requirements.
Are there limits on the number of submissions?
No. You may submit any number of entries, but rewards will only be granted for your 5 best clips.
Can multiple character nicknames be specified?
Yes. You may list multiple nicknames in the clip description, this is not prohibited. However, the reward will be sent only to the nickname specified in the submission form.
You may also list multiple nicknames in the form itself, but the reward will be delivered only to the first one listed.
Can the same clip be submitted to different platforms to receive two rewards?
Yes. The main requirements are that the video must be about STALCRAFT: X, created for the Clip Challenge, and published on May 8 or later.
Are watermarks allowed on clips?
Advertising watermarks are prohibited. Exception: watermarks from free versions of software are permitted.
Can comments be disabled on the clip?
Yes, you may disable comments.
Is view boosting prohibited?
No. If a participant's views are artificially boosted by a third party without their involvement, we cannot prove external manipulation. Therefore, to protect participants, view boosting is not prohibited regardless of view count.
However, this does not apply to cases where clips with artificially inflated views are mass-published on empty accounts solely to obtain rewards. Participants engaging in such behavior may be disqualified.
Is targeted advertising prohibited?
No, it is not prohibited.
Is profanity allowed in clips?
Yes, it is permitted.
Can the same clip be uploaded to different platforms and receive a reward for each?
Yes, you may do so.
