1) New Class: Necromancer
Perks:
Life Tap (ability - Lose 10 HP, gain 1 Momentum)
+100 upgrade points when any unit dies (including summoned)
Immunity to Bleed and Poison
Upgrades:
+20% Lifesteal to all attacks
+1 momentum on enemy taking bleed damage (reaction)
+30% base damage for summoned units
Skills:
Bone Arrow (ranged physical attack: apply bleed on impact)
Steal Effect (ability: steal one random positive effect from target unit)
Death Ripple (spell: deal elemental damage to all non-undead units)
Medium Stance (ability - stance: while active, summon a ghost at the start of your turn) (ghost level scales with necromancer's elemental strength at the moment of summoning)
Blood Curse (spell: apply Blood Curse to target enemy (prevent healing once))
Undead Rage (spell: apply Undead Rage to target undead unit (gains initiative but loses hp per turn))
Bone Shield (ability: gain block)
- Spirit bomb (ranged elemental attack with AOEincreased damage for each unit killed this combat)(including summoned)
This brings a lot of new posibilities, I can't wait to see how you combine it with other classes!
2) New Prop Spawning System
Now, each environment has a set of pre-defined props that can spawn on the platform, and other set for the low ground.
The exact amount of each prop and their positions are randomized at the start of each match.
On average, there are more props than before. Now it's easier to take cover, block enemy movement, etc.
Remember that most props can be displaced, use this to your advantage!
(pickups / collectibles are not affected by this change)
New prop, Qualdron: +30% elemental strength to all adjacent units. When destroyed, apply 3 stacks of Acid to all adjacent units.
(the only prop that's both benefical and dangerous!)
3) Swamp Environment
Units get 1 stack of poison for starting or ending a turn on low ground.
Platform props: explosive barrel, low rock, cauldron
Low ground props: tall rock, cauldron, tree stump
4) Blight Environment
Undead units Heal 10 HP for starting or ending a turn on low ground.
All other units Lose 10 HP.
Platform props: tall rock, cauldron
Low ground props: none
