List of changes:
Adjusted ladders so that they're easier to grab while in mid-air (even when playing with a thumbstick)
NPCs now have an indicator when they have items for sale
Candles have a slight chance of dropping healing items (small beetroot)
Enemy and boss damage balancing
Balance changes to level 2
Enemies now stop attacking after the player dies, to prevent annoying audio looping
Screen shake can now be turned off in the settings menu
Some music looping/rattling fixes
