本次游戏正式上架后，我们收到两位中国大陆玩家反馈，游戏客户端无法正常启动，经过技术排查，现已确认问题根源： 360 安全卫士将本次更新后的游戏主程序 GameApp.exe 误判为风险文件，并自动执行了删除操作 ，导致玩家启动游戏时报错。

该问题属于安全软件误报，游戏旧版本并未出现此类 360 安全卫士报毒情况，系 360 安全卫士近期病毒库或拦截规则更新后，对全新版本游戏程序产生了误拦截， 并非游戏程序本身存在安全风险 ，请各位玩家放心。

临时解决办法

遇到该问题的玩家，可通过以下两种方式快速解决，恢复游戏正常启动：

1. 打开 360 安全卫士，将游戏主程序 GameApp.exe 手动添加至 信任列表 ，解除拦截限制；

2. 直接将 Steam 平台内本游戏的安装目录，添加至 360 安全卫士的 扫描排除项 ，避免后续再次被误删或拦截。

问题影响范围

该问题 仅针对安装了 360 安全卫士的中国大陆玩家 ，其他国家及地区的玩家不受任何影响，可正常下载、启动与游玩游戏，无需进行任何额外设置。

Solution for Game Client Launch Failure for Some Players in Chinese Mainland

Dear Players,

Since the official launch of the game, we have received feedback from two players in Chinese Mainland that the game client fails to launch. After technical investigation, we have identified the root cause: 360 Total Security has falsely flagged the updated main game program [c]GameApp.exe[/c] as a risky file and automatically deleted it, resulting in an error when players attempt to launch the game.

This issue is a false positive caused by the antivirus software. The previous version of the game was not flagged as malicious by 360 Total Security. The false block occurred after 360 Total Security recently updated its virus database or blocking rules, and does not mean the game client contains any actual security risks. Please rest assured.

Temporary Solutions

Players encountering this issue can quickly resolve it and restore normal game launch by following either of these two methods:

1. Open 360 Total Security, manually add the main game program [c]GameApp.exe[/c] to the Trusted List to unblock it.

2. Directly add the game’s installation folder within the Steam platform to the Scan Exclusion List in 360 Total Security to prevent future false deletion or blocking.

Affected Scope

This issue only affects players in Chinese Mainland who have 360 Total Security installed. Players from all other regions and countries are not affected and can download, launch, and play the game normally without any additional settings.
