addedWe're pleased to announce that the Prometheus and Agni servers have merged into a single world! All active characters from Agni have already been transferred to Prometheus—ready for new adventures.
changedThis means even more allies and rivals await you, lively battles for castles and rankings, and a vibrant game atmosphere where every day is filled with events and adventures. The more heroes you have, the more exciting the battles and the more fun you'll be playing! 🔸If the same login was present on both Prometheus and Agni, all Agni characters will be marked as deleted during the transfer—they can be restored on Prometheus. HOW TO RESTORE CHARACTERS: 1️⃣Make sure your account has free character slots on the Prometheus server. 2️⃣Go to the Sphere 3 technical support page. 3️⃣Log in with your account by selecting the button with the Steam icon. 4️⃣Select "In-game Questions," then "Character Issues," then "I can't find my character." 5️⃣Follow the link to the self-service recovery tool. 6️⃣Select the desired character on the Prometheus server and click the "Restore" button next to it.
changedTo accommodate all your characters, one additional character slot has been added for everyone. This slot is active only with a premium account. 🔸All players have been granted temporary access to the automatic character recovery system for deleted characters. 🔸All bank contents previously on Agni are transferred to a magic chest on the Prometheus server. 🔸All characters whose names were changed during the transfer were given a character renaming scroll in a magic chest. 🔸All characters from the Agni server who were deleted at the time of the merger have been permanently deleted. 🔸All clans whose names were changed (if they conflicted with their Prometheus name) can privately request a new clan name through technical support (the renaming will occur during the next maintenance period). 🔸All Agni clans will no longer own castles after the merger with Prometheus. 🔸The contents of the Agni clan treasury will be preserved. 🔸Alliances with Agni have been disbanded, clan influence points have been retained, and the contents of throne rooms have been returned to their owners. 🔸All items received by Agni server characters during the "Rural Horrors" event will appear in the magic chest. 🔸Arena ratings have been saved.
