The Story of the Time Reaper

If anyone dares to ask what a being like Malgan fears, he will tell them the most terrifying story of all: the Time Reaper.

It is not simply death that takes the souls of living beings. It is a far more ancient and merciless entity that comes to take time itself.

Every being has not only a life, but also an allotted time. In moments of intense pain, fear, despair, joy, or happiness, time seems to drag on endlessly. These "extra" seconds and minutes belong to this being. It comes to those who try to live forever. To those who have been frozen in a moment of happiness for too long. To those who are dying an agonizingly slow death.

With its sickles, it cuts off the best moments of life, but also the worst. Its face-dial shows not the time of this world, but the very "extra" hour it is about to reap. To meet him is to realize that your time in this world is over, but death has not yet arrived, and the victim is stuck in the gray zone between the ticking seconds.

But why does Malgan fear him, given that he could live forever? Because Malgan is an unusual being: he lives not from the past to the future, but vice versa. That's why no one has encountered him in the Sphere before. This means that Malgan has already encountered the Time Reaper and therefore has begun to live.
