Patch V0.88 - VR Launch Option Fixes

Patch to ensure the launch options selected are adhered to and the game will start in 2D mode if that option is selected, even if a VR headset is connected.

Known remaining issues: VR mode- game can fail to initialize correctly on first start up, please note, exiting the game and restarting should resolve the issue.

Centering/ re-centering issues. Game can loose tracking requiring resetting through VR software solutions.

Game can loose controller focus at launch for some users. Current work around, click on the desk top version of the game, and VR focus will be regained.

Thanks for the feedback, these issues and any others encountered will be patched as soon as possible.
