EDIT: MAINTENANCE OVER
Spellcasters,
The upcoming patch drops today, April 28th, 2026. We’ll be performing a server maintenance at 3:00 PM CET. Matchmaking is now disabled to allow ongoing matches to finish. Servers are expected to be offline for approximately 1 hour.
Here's what's coming your way:
NEW FEATURES
- News systemA News system has been added, allowing players to stay up to date with the latest events and updates directly in-game.
Spectator Mode (After Death): After dying, players can now spectate their teammates’ perspectives and freely switch between them.
Move While Leveling Up: Players can now move while selecting level up upgrades, allowing them to remain active during combat.
Discord Messages Toggle: You can now hide Discord messages while streaming or sharing your screen.
- Directional SealsAdded a directional visual hint to Invocation seals to help players understand the direction Creatures will follow after being summoned.
NEW CONTENT
Spellcaster
Technomancer: Straight from Telossa, the Technomancer enters the Arena, wielding thunder and ensouled steel. Encased in a ritualized machine-shell, he channels electricity to empower his creations and support his allies, driven by one belief: mortals bow to no one.
Dev Comment: We are super happy to introduce the first Spellcaster since the initial cast. The Technomancer introduces a wide range of new tools, offering players multiple ways to approach battles. We’re excited to see how you will make use of these new possibilities.
Creature
War Drummer (Rank 2, War): Support unit that boosts allies’ speed and shares its element boost when infused.
Dev Comment: This Creature allows you to boost your army, even if they are already infused with an element. Your Earth Golem isn’t resistant enough? You think Rhino Riders are too slow? The War Drummer opens new possibilities. Let’s see your craziest combos!
Spell
Black Hole (Rank 3, Astral): Void sphere that pulls enemies in and deals increasing damage.
Dev Comment: This Rank III Spell offers a new tool to handle swarms of Creatures, as well as the first damaging AoE for the Astral School of Magic. It can also be used to deal with larger Creatures thanks to its controlling effect.
Building
Trap (Rank 2, Technomancy): Invisible trap that explodes on contact.
Dev Comment: This new Building can slow and surprise enemies, which makes it a good option to slow down armies and big Creatures. We are pleased to release this Building along with the Technomancer, as we expect it to be a fitting Incantation for him.
Arena
Mausoleum - Night variant: The Mausoleum Arena now also comes with a new theme: “Night and Fire”.
Neutral Creatures and Astral Towers are already infused with Fire.
New packs of Creatures on the Altars and Camps.
The map features a permanently destroyed bridge from the start of the match.
Items dropped in Chests are different from Mausoleum - Day variant.
The Boss is now a Fire-infused Stone Behemoth that drops a defensive buff when killed.
Dev Comment: As we introduce this new map variant, we have taken a different approach to Level Design. First, we have set a theme that defines the types of Creatures you can encounter. Then we added gameplay or Level Twist. The goal was to encourage players to rethink/re-invent their deck, as the layer they are used to playing on has changed. On Mausoleum by Night, for example, we want to test some asymmetrical changes by removing one of the
