fixedFixed an issue where having a negative modifier to attack speed could cause a negative feedback loop while having multiple Deer Helmet artifact (which was possible with the Emperor Outfit).
changedChanged the wording on the Spell Time Disk to more accurately reflect its effectiveness (5% --> 500%). The actual effectiveness of the disk remains unchanged.
