# A Completely Redesigned User Interface

One of the largest changes is a complete redesign of the game's interface.

The original UI served its purpose during the early stages of development, but as new mechanics were introduced it became clear that a more organized and modern interface was needed.

Nearly every window has been improved to make information easier to read, navigation faster, and long campaigns more comfortable.

---

# Intelligence System Complete

The Intelligence system is now fully implemented.

Intelligence adds another strategic layer to the game by allowing nations to gather information, evaluate enemy activity, to carry out sabotage in cities and on ships, murder, and recruit officers and make better long-term decisions.

This system lays important groundwork for future gameplay mechanics and expands the strategic depth of every campaign.

---

# Next Major Milestone: Naval Battle Simulator

With the interface and Intelligence system completed, development now moves to one of the most ambitious parts of Spee:

**The Naval Battle Simulator.**

The goal is to create battles that are driven by ship design, fleet composition, technology, crew quality, ammunition, and command decisions rather than simple statistical calculations. Also interception of ships on the strategic map and piracy with demands for ransom from transports for passage

This system will become one of the core pillars of Spee and will continue to evolve throughout Early Access.

# Thank You

I'd like to sincerely thank everyone who has supported the project, reported bugs, shared feedback, and spent time playing Spee.

Your suggestions continue to shape the direction of development, and every update is built with that feedback in mind.

If you've been waiting for the right moment to join the project, Spee is currently available with a **30% discount during the Steam Summer Sale.**

See you in the next development update.
