Space Hulk: Ascension - Classic Returns

Space Hulk: Ascension returns to Steam. With added RPG elements, deeper progression systems, and expanded tactical options, this game earned a dedicated following within the Warhammer 40,000 community.

To celebrate the re-release, we prepared an update with several fixes and improvements.

Changelog

DLC Content Included in the Main Game

The following DLCs:

• Successor Chapter Pack DLC

• Dark Angels DLC

• Salamanders DLC

• Imperial Fist DLC

Are now merged with the base game. If you already own the game, DLCs will be added to your account at no extra cost.

Steam features

• Added Steam Cloud support

4K support

• Added proper UI scaling for resolutions up to 4K

• Improved quality of the POV (shoulder) camera

General fixes

Based on community feedback, we introduced several fixes, including:

• Fixed issue UI overlay persisting on Campaign Map and Loadout tabs for Sin of Damnation campaign

• Added warning when starting a New Game to ensure that previous progress isn’t overwritten by mistake

• Fixed issue with Save progression text being unreadable in Auto and Manual save’s UI

• Added conflict warning when key-binds are being duplicated in Input Settings

• Fixed issue when Deactivate Door Control UI would remain active after objective completion, allowing for unnecessary AP consumption

• Fixed issue when Activate Teleporter UI would remain active after objective completion, allowing for unnecessary AP consumption

• Fixed issue when exit tile would remain locked even after awakening 2 Terminators during Alarm Call mission

• This version no longer includes native Linux and Mac support. A previous version with native support remains available via the “Legacy” branch in the game’s properties
