I was honestly done with space base after 1.0.3 (it didnt exactly do amazing on the market) but after a few people picked it up in the recent sales and gave me some feedback in the discord, i decided id do 1 big final hotfix of every issue i could find (and holy guacamole this was a buggy MESS)
fixedAnd in the process of the hotfix i realised "wait lowkey gamedevs kinda fire???" And now long story short the idea of a 1.1 (CONTENT UPDATE) is floating around in my head, so stay tuned for more on that front :)

Bugs:

  • Fixed Issue Where Game Would Always Unmute When Opening, Regardless Of What It Was Set To

  • Fixed Issue With Placing Buildings In Civilisation Mode

  • Fixed Issue Where Building Would Not Spawn In Civilisation Mode

  • Fixed Bug Where Magmoid Fireballs Would Sometimes Freeze In Mid-air Indefinitely

  • Bosses Should No Longer "End" Before The Boss Dies, Breaking The Wave System

  • Multiple Changes Made To Help Lag Caused By Pirate Boss

  • Fixed Tag Based Issues With Homing Rockets And Holo Hand

  • Wizard Boss Should No Longer Be Targetted While Teleporting/Off Screen

  • Clicking To Untarget Wizard Clones Should Now Work Properly

Balance Changes:

Towers

  • Holo Hand Price Increased 12 -> 15

  • Virus Cannon Price Reduced 10 -> 8

Enemies

  • Meteor Base Health Reduced 100 -> 75

  • Worm Spawn Weight Increased 4 -> 6

Pirate Boss

  • Pirate Boss Cannonball Fire Rate Reduced 3s -> 4s

  • Pirate Cannonball Speed Reduced 2.5 -> 2

  • Pirate Chain Enemy Spawn Rate Reduced 2s -> 3s

Gamemodes

  • Civilisation Building Time Increment Increased 1.5x -> 1.75x

  • Base Civilisation Building Time Increased 2.5s -> 5s

Planets

  • Gasseous DOT Time Between Triggers Increased 2s -> 3s

Other:

  • The Button To Close The Tutorial Has Been Made Easier To See, To Prevent It Blending Into The Background Stars

  • Fixed Some Spelling Mistakes Through The Games Pages

  • Fixed Pricing Mismatches On Turret Screen

  • Removed 'Particle' Toggle From Visual Settings Menu

  • Added 'VSync' Toggle To Visual Settings Menu

  • Added Tooltips To Describe The Gamemode You Are Playing

  • Added Tooltips To Each Phase Of The 2 Main Bosses To Help Understand Their Attacks

  • Removed All Debug Notes From Code, Should Positively Boost Performance
