Added the new PvP patch that affects how rewards are distributed:
Beginner protection now extends to level 18 during all hours, on the newbies faction maps
Destroying a weaker player that is below level 22 will make the system compare your gear, and decide whether the target was significantly weaker.
Destroying ship above and included level 22, will now provide higher mission progress, based on their strength (minimum is 1x)
On maps b1 b2 b3 the weaker opponent check is disabled, and even very weak players provide you with progress.
Added passive boosts for levelling up.
Levels 1-21 receive 1% HP and Shield bonus (for their own ship) per level. (The bonus is kept on all levels)
Starting level 22, you will gain 1.5% Honor and Experience boost that is shared to clan mates on same map (you yourself cant benefit from it)
Maximum is 10% Experience and honor boost, if the clan has an active battle station, cap is raised to 25% (each)
Clan base strength (HP, SHD, Module - dmg, boosters - power) is now affected by who builds them, if below level 20, the base and booster modules become weaker (-2% for HP, SHD, and DMG, -0.1% removed from boosters and 2% longer building time). If above, the values become flipped, and the base and modules become stronger, and the base is also built faster.

Adjusted tutorial texts to be more informational for beginners
Multibank visible on first map boot up is now not visible.
Tutorial now shows up in the middle of the screen for the first time.
Swarm of flies and expedition into unknown missions received locked map subcondition.
Fixes
Refactored base booster logic. ALL CHANGES WILL BE MONITORED CLOSELY.
