Southside Racing hotfix 1

How's it Goattin? Fixed the pause menu bug. Hitting Escape will open a pause menu instead of taking you back to the main menu.

Added controls to options so players can actually see what the game controls are (whoops).

Added the custom gravity system to allow players to drive on all kinds of weird/upside down racetracks.

:WIP features for next patch:

Customize karts with Vtuber themed stickers that change your vehicles tats (more turbo, faster top speed, better handling, etc.)

Import your own .vrm based characters to drive the kart.

Time attack mode for single player.
