Source of the Nile Digital Edition changes
Fixed a rare bug where under certain circumstances, a lake could exceed the intended maximum size of three hexes. This fix required a major restructuring of the lake-size checking script, rendering this version incompatible with previous R4 saves due to limitations of the legacy programming software used.
Water is no longer consumed from canteens at the end of each turn when in desert hexes containing oases.
Fixed an issue where pack mounts would remain after an explorer became ill and no healthy bearers were available to lead them.
Implemented culturally plausible, unique shields for named tribes in the tribe info pop-up panel.
Corrected the misspelling of the Avalon Hill board game native tribe name “Kiyuyu” to “Kikuyu.”
The Avalon Hill board game bonus discovery that listed “Hottentot” as a native encounter, has now been updated to “Khoikhoi” at the original authors’ request.
