fixedTemporarily removed the TTS.dll as it could crash the application upon launch on some computers. The reason for the crash is not yet clear. Now the TTS component won't allow the selection of newer voices until the cause is found and fixed. If you were able to launch v4.0.0 without that problem and want to try the full TTS stuff, then you may switch to the beta version, which is v4.0.0.
