removedThe troubleshooting report now lists the latest Windows errors, that have to do with the audio service and Soundpad. This helps to identify conflicts with driver effects. - Removed old helper library UniteFxControl.dll.

removedThe troubleshooting report now lists the latest Windows errors, that have to do with the audio service and Soundpad. This helps to identify conflicts with driver effects. - Removed old helper library UniteFxControl.dll.

The changes include:

  • Reworked installer: It is now checking a lot more of the system's requisites before deciding how to install the driver extension.

  • Fixes problems with different Logitech headsets and different Realtek(R) drivers.

  • Fixes general problems, that occur on allegedly healthy drivers, which contain unused remnants.

  • Fixes restart required issue on old Windows 10 versions 1507 and 1511.

  • Added quite a lot new tests to the installer. Thanks to everyone for sending in the diagnostic troubleshooting reports. These reports essentially help to improve the reliability of Soundpad.

  • The troubleshooting report now lists the latest Windows errors, that have to do with the audio service and Soundpad. This helps to identify conflicts with driver effects. - Removed old helper library UniteFxControl.dll.

Important: If the patch doesn't work on your system immediately, then re-install Soundpad. If asked for a restart, then do it only once.
