It is time for a grand reveal! A small team at Lavapotion has been working on something new during lunch breaks when others have been focused on the next faction. That something is called: Wielders of the Essence!
Why a new game right now? Well, some of us have spent close to nine years building Songs of Conquest. Taking a short creative detour helps us return to Aerbor with new energy. What began as a peculiar idea quickly turned into something playable, using our existing art, world, and familiar faces.
Wielders of the Essence is a fast-paced fantasy survivors-like. You’ll play as a Rana Wielder, fighting against near-endless waves of enemies invading your swamp. It is not part of the Songs of Conquest canon, but it draws on the same world and characters.
If you like what you see, add it to your wishlist and help us give this passion project a good start! If you don’t care for these types of games, feel free to move on and expect us to keep delivering content for Songs of Conquest instead. As for our team, well, let’s just say that this type of game is a bit of a guilty pleasure!
