Somnium Tenebris changes
I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for your support. It has been great to watch some of you play via stream and to receive such fantastic feedback. You are all helping shape Somnium with each update. In fact, this update is entirely due to player recommendations and bug spotting.
Periscope
The most under-utilized tool is the electromagnetic vision on the diver suit. Many players would rather guess the creature than use this jarring tool. While the intent behind this evidence collection method was to be uncomfortable and disorienting, it's not good if it's not being used. Enter Periscope (thanks Suppe). The periscope allows you to use electromagnetic vision from within the sub. There are some constraints on the tool's mobility, but I am sure some neat strategies will come out of it.
Bubble Players
When playing multiplayer, if you were to die from an attack in the diver suit, you would be stuck inside the cameras on the ship until the round was over. Sitting in a camera while your friends run aroundis no fun. I received multiple requests for some kind of ghost form for dead players to at least walk around on the sub. Ghost forms don't really fit the theme here.... but maybe bubbles do?
Bug Fixes
Lingering Divers post-end game have been removed
Blur hunting at end game has been resolved

All custom items now appear in multiplayer
Perk adjustments - Tuning Fork is more reliable
