Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE changes
This is Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE team.
Update maintenance is scheduled for 6/18 (Thu). * Planned Maintenance Time: 6/18 (Thu) 01:00 - 03:00 (UTC) * Game access will be restricted during maintenance. Please close the game before maintenance begins.
1. Update
● Complete Offline Mode Added - Players can now enjoy full offline gameplay without any additional data downloads.
▶ All necessary gameplay data will be applied upon installation, allowing you to play immediately without a server connection.
※ Please note that for the Xbox PC version, an initial online connection is required for a license check, and subsequent periodic online connections will be needed for license renewal.
● New Content & Story - The new Main Story, [Jeju Island Chapter (Chapter 11)], has been added.
New world content related to the Jeju Island Chapter has been added to the World Map. ▶ 2 Gates, 1 Dungeon Break, 2 Instance Dungeons, 1 Encore Dungeon
A new Story Repeat Mode has been added, where you can obtain [The Frozen Darkness].
A new boss, [Ant King], has been added to the [Workshop of Brilliant Light].
Along with the new story update, [Challenge Chapter 11] and its related new achievements and profile items have been added.
Even if you are progressing through the [Incapable of Evaluation] difficulty, if there is an uncleared regular new chapter, the resume buttons will be displayed separately on the World Map menu.
▶ Red Button: Continue the current [Incapable of Evaluation] difficulty stage
▶ Blue Button: Start from the new regular chapter with no clear data
▶ If all regular chapters are cleared and only the [Incapable of Evaluation] difficulty remains, only a single button will be displayed as before.
● New Weapons, Shadows, and Hunter Archive Added
2 new Sung Jinwoo Exclusive Weapons have been added.
▶ [Winchester Roke], [Ennio's Roar]: These can be obtained through the new weapon crafting tree.
A new Shadow, [Beru], has been added.
[Goto Ryuji] and [Tawata Kanae] have been added to the Hunter Archive.
● New Costumes & Items Added - New costumes have been added.
▶ 1 new costume for Sung Jinwoo: [A Wish Come True]
New artifacts and unique effects have been added.
▶ The new artifacts can be obtained upon clearing the [Ant King] in the Workshop of Brilliant Light.
New alchemy materials and effects have been added.
New drinks have been added.
● Sung Jinwoo Growth & System Expansion - Sung Jinwoo's maximum level and Monarch level have been expanded.
A new skill tree for Sung Jinwoo has been added, and the balance of the existing skill tree has been adjusted.
In accordance with the Sung Jinwoo level cap expansion, Gate Dispatch levels have also been expanded.
● New Paid DLC Added
※ All components listed below can only be obtained by purchasing paid DLC packs.
A new weapon exclusive to Sung Jinwoo, [Razer Frost], has been added. - New Hunters, [Goto Ryuji] and [Tawata Kanae], join the roster. ▶ Along with the new Hunters, their exclusive weapons, [Distorted Dreams] and [The Path a Hero Must Take], can be obtained.
▶ The respective Hunter profile icons are included in these packs.
New Hunter skins have been added.
▶ Goto Ryuji Skins: 4 types of [Precision], 1 type of [Discipline], 1 type of [Cold Eclipse]
▶ Tawata Kanae Skins: 4 types of [Strictness], 2 types of [Criminal Smoothness], 1 type of [Crimson Carnival]
※This includes 21 new hairstyles for Goto Ryuji and 22 new hairstyles for Tawata Kanae.
2. Improvements
● Balance Adjustments
Gold and Hunt Coin clear rewards for World Map content have been generally increased.
Certain skills for Lee Bora, Alicia Blanche, and Amamiya Mirei have been buffed.
● Miscellaneous & QoL
During the Chapter 9 Red Gate [Ashura] battle, the camera-lock feature during the boss's specific skill use has been removed, and the knockback-and-fly-away pattern has been improved to no longer trigger.
A Crafting Wishlist feature has been added.
The active Drink Buffs can now be checked from the Quick Menu, Story Resume, Content Entrance UI, and Multi-Lobby.
Voice lines have been added for Sung Jinwoo when moving across maps, interacting with objects, or acquiring items above a certain rarity.
The last connection status (Online/Offline) will now be saved to the local save file, ensuring the same status is maintained by default upon the next launch.
3. Bug Fixes
● Story & Content Fixes
Fixed an issue where Sung Jinwoo's costume was not correctly applied or graphic anomalies occurred during cutscenes and dialogue sequences in [Incapable of Evaluation] Difficulty Chapter 2.
Fixed an issue where the name of a specific NPC was incorrectly displayed on the battle preparation field during story progression.
Fixed an issue where certain target images were displayed as cropped in the [Jinho's Strike Squad] Association Bounty pop-up window.
Fixed an issue where a server error pop-up would occur in [Jinho's Strike Squad] when re-deploying a Hunter who was previously deployed to a Gate while claimable Gate rewards still remained.
Fixed a delay issue where newly acquired skills were not instantly reflected in the Skill Tree UI.
Fixed an audio environment issue where sound would not output if the game was launched without a sound device connected and a device was connected later.
Fixed an issue where the shadows of certain NPCs placed on the 2nd floor were incorrectly projected onto the 1st floor.
● Multiplayer
Fixed an issue where a draw notification toast message was displayed when the opponent disconnected during a PVP Duel.
Fixed an issue where characters would intermittently move while the Synchro Chain animation was playing.
● Hunters & Skins
Fixed an issue where the 'New' notification would persist in the Sung Jinwoo Costume menu even after the item had been acquired.
Fixed an issue where the 'Experience' costume was missing from the costume selection list even when held in the inventory.
Fixed an issue where the button icon guide for Equip/Export would disappear upon re-entering the skin/hair customization screen after using a gamepad controller to place the cursor on an unowned costume and pressing back.
Fixed an issue where the cursor focus would intermittently fail to position correctly on the currently equipped skin when entering the screen for each skin part using a gamepad.
Fixed an issue where the gamepad key-mapping guide would not display in the Costume menu until a costume that could be exported was selected.
● Artifacts & Rewards Fixes
Fixed an issue where the count would not accumulate correctly when multiple unique effects of the 'Apex' artifact expired simultaneously.
Fixed an issue where the equipment setup was intermittently applied incorrectly when using the preset feature while swapping artifacts between Sung Jinwoo and Hunters.
▶ Please note that due to this fix, duplicate equipped artifacts may be unequipped.
Fixed an issue so that unique effect information for artifacts is now correctly displayed on the Recommended Set Auto-Equip pop-up window and the Stage Results screen.
Fixed an issue where the checkmark on the warning pop-up window was obscured by the gamepad key-mapping guide when selling high-grade artifacts using a gamepad.
Fixed an issue where the EXP gauge on the Stage Clear Results screen would intermittently fill up to abnormal values.
Fixed an issue where unique effects were incorrectly displayed on artifacts that do not have any unique effects applied.
● UI & Other Fixes
Fixed an issue where nicknames could be set using certain blank space characters.
Fixed an issue where an error pop-up would intermittently display upon logging into the game, causing login delays.
Fixed an issue where the cursor would disappear if the tab was changed while the alignment/sorting menu was open on the Weapon Equipment, Weapon, or Artifact screens during gamepad operation.
Fixed an issue where certain characters would get stuck in the escalator area within the lobby and could not come down.
[French] Fixed an issue where the system string code was directly exposed in the Cola item description.
[German] Fixed an issue where text line breaks were awkwardly displayed within the Jinho's Strike Squad difficulty settings window.
[Indonesian] Fixed an issue where the text displayed in the Costume menu overlapped with the gamepad button icons.
[Russian] Fixed a layout issue where the font size of certain buttons within the Hunter Costume menu was displayed too small.
[Traditional Chinese] Fixed an issue where line breaks were not applied to artifact descriptions.
Added support for Polish, Dutch, Filipino, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Malay, and Turkish.
