addedPlayers wanted to see tutorials. My vision for this game was very minimal with less hints/tutorials than a normal game. After looking at the Next Fest results, I realized the game needed at least some tutorials at the beginning to get players started. I restructured the first section of the game, adding dialogue, hints, tutorials and other accessibility-related features. I think the end result keeps the atmosphere mysterious while making the game much more accessible at the same time... Let me know what you think!
changedI made a ton of other updates that I can't list here, but they include modifications of the gameplay mechanics, design improvements, polishing work on music and sound, faster and smoother level transitions, etc.

Some things I tried were a bit experimental, some things worked and others not so much...

Some players did not like the intro. I rewrote it somewhat to help push the story forward a bit better, and also shortened it and made it skippable.

I made a ton of other updates that I can't list here, but they include modifications of the gameplay mechanics, design improvements, polishing work on music and sound, faster and smoother level transitions, etc.

If you shared feedback, thank you! I really appreciate your thoughts and ideas, and they have helped make the game funner and more accessible. I know I am really slow to respond, but I do read your comments and take your recommendations seriously.

Please keep sharing... on Steam, my site, or Discord :)
