Number tuning for Autoreinforcement (buff), Nanoalloy Plating (buff), Power Loader (nerf)
Rework Hit & Run (run away from enemies) into Chase (run towards and circle enemies).
Hopefully this breathes some life into Step-based builds.
Bugs
Momentum now applies per stack instead of per application (effectively a buff)
UI
Hover over an enemy (including Heat!) to see their stats in the lower-right panel, and their location on the map.
