Bugfixes
Growl and Pass the Buck had broken because "nearest enemy" was broken when I was fiddling with distance measurements. Now they work!
Balance
Faster metaprogression; you should now usually unlock at least one Upgrade per run.
Abomination and Conduit were too spiky and fast respectively. They are now less of both. They should still be scary; they are late-game enemies, after all.
UI
You can now inspect your enemies after you die. EXPERIMENT>>DIE>>REPEAT
