Hotfix v 1.1.1.10

Had a nasty bug to go with the new systems that was making facility slots not interact properly after being saved and loaded. I had a busy start to the week and wasn't able to get on top of this until today. Sorry it ended up sitting for a few days. There are a few smaller problems I'm still looking into, but wanted to get this up right away.
