Repeated intro

Hello! Around three years ago (oh how time flies!), I released Smash Pixel Racing into Early Access and it was a very rewarding and exciting experience. I had a great time playing with my friends and seeing/hearing from the few but very meaningful players that left feedback and made videos playing with their friends! Unfortunately around 6-12 months into EA, I become increasingly busy at my job and I had less and less time available to spend working on the game, and eventually development stopped entirely. Now, a few years later, I have more stability and more free time, and I want to get back to doing what I love: developing games. However, I must apologize to everyone who purchased the game, and especially those that hoped it would grow into something more. Development will not restart on Smash Pixel Racing, and I will soon be removing the game from sale on the Steam Store. Whilst the game is fully playable, it is not without it's share of bugs and issues. The code is a mess, and it would need a *complete* overhaul. It's not a decision I have taken lightly, but I feel that this is the best way for me to get back to making games, and enable me to work on something that I am truly passionate about. This was the first game I ever released to the public and I know that I could have handled development/marketing and my time away better. I have learnt from my mistakes and I can only hope that you feel that you got your money's worth from Smash Pixel Racing. The game will continue to be playable in it's current state to all who own it. I will be moving onto something bigger and better, with a wiser head on my shoulders. Thank you for being a part of my journey. -Jollyfish
