You can now control the build range of base building pieces with the scroll wheel.
You can now access building interfaces even while an item in the hot bar is equipped.

There is now a distinct Descend action that's bound to Left Control by default, instead of being the same action as Sprint. To prepare for the jet pack update.
Because of the Descend action, the grid snapping toggle action will be bound to Left Alt by default.
