changedI know it's a pain, but if you played the EA version, we recommend starting a fresh game, or re-installing to reset the weapon items you collected in earlier versions. (We could force that, but there we just a few hundred EA users, so they may want to keep their progress...)
Thanks to user @Alpherior we found a few bugs that made their way into the 1.0 release...
Early Access users skipped the final boss level & endless mode
Small Plasma mag and small Frozen Mag had same image, and same stats
