changedThis build has been in beta for a while and I think it's about time it graduated to public release. In this update, you'll find that Personas are now in the game!
addedYou can think of personas as 'meta-characters' played by AI. The AI model plays a character playing a character in your game, and using the new turn order system, let's you give the AI turns alongside yourself! So instead of having NPCs react in your game, you can now have party NPCs make their own player decisions!
fixed=> Go to the edit persona tab, fill it out as you like, and set a custom voice, if you like (Select a .mp3 file it will use to replicate.) (Note, if you select one in the game assets folder, I think it crashes, so select from outside the game folder. This will be fixed)
added=> You must define the repeating turn order. To add a player such as yourself, click player then your name. Then do the same for personas. You can have multiple turns in a round as defined in the turn order and the AI will automatically loop thru it as you do actions and it will give the Persona a turn to do it's action.
addedAdded Personas, AI Players that can commentate on the game or play with you!
addedAdded UI saving/loading: When you load a save game, it will attempt to load the UI you set up as you had last left it!

What are they?

You can think of personas as 'meta-characters' played by AI. The AI model plays a character playing a character in your game, and using the new turn order system, let's you give the AI turns alongside yourself! So instead of having NPCs react in your game, you can now have party NPCs make their own player decisions!

How to set-up and begin playing with Personas:

=> Enter your campaign

=> Hover over Host -> Personas

=> Hit Create Persona

=> Go to the edit persona tab, fill it out as you like, and set a custom voice, if you like (Select a .mp3 file it will use to replicate.) (Note, if you select one in the game assets folder, I think it crashes, so select from outside the game folder. This will be fixed)

=> Click the empty circle next to the persona name on the left side of the window to turn it green and enable the persona

=> Click and drag that persona name/image on the left to your screen, like a sticker, it should put it on the screen. This is required for them to respond

If you want to manually control their turns, check the Manual Turns checkbox and when you want them to go, right click their persona box and hit 'Execute Turn'

Otherwise using the automated turn system, you must set this up:

=> Hover over Trackers then click 'Turn Order':

=> You must define the repeating turn order. To add a player such as yourself, click player then your name. Then do the same for personas. You can have multiple turns in a round as defined in the turn order and the AI will automatically loop thru it as you do actions and it will give the Persona a turn to do it's action.
