As you may or may not know, there is a mechanics allowing you to refill multiple buildings on a single silo charge if it happens quick enough.
But there was a problem
converters drift a little out of sync and on top of that, the time until resources arrive to a refilled machine varies.
It's like that for a reason
if everything happens at the same frame, it doesn't look good in general. I gave converters a little variation to the animation, but the functional timings are strict now. So if you make a converter setup around a silo, it will get the full benefit of single charge refill until the silo is depleted.
