fixedFixes: - Fixed an issue that caused the Chapter 3 intro to be skipped. This issue also prevented players from leaving the house on April 30th. - Waldo now appears in the bar consistently from April 27th to the 30th. It's now slightly more difficult to fail an important dialogue with him. - Fixed an issue where the dialogue about money stolen from the bus could block important storyline dialogue. - When purchasing water, beer, whiskey, and vodka, the description now states that they have 3 uses. Balance: - The "Agony" status effect no longer applies negative effects when actively intoxicated and applies fewer effects on a non-sober playthrough (Agony was originally a special mechanic for a sober playstyle, but it was too disruptive for players on a non-sober run.) - Reduced the amount of money required for some storyline moments.
