New training setting and some fixes

-Minor UI fixes -Added Spawning Mode setting to Reflex and Tracking training. You can now switch between spawning targets on timed intervals, or instantly respawning targets on kill.

addedAdded Spawning Mode setting to Reflex and Tracking training. You can now switch between spawning targets on timed intervals, or instantly respawning targets on kill. There are 2 sub-options, respawn on kill for each target, or respawn on kill for all targets; which will respawn the whole group of targets when the screen is cleared.
fixedFixed issue where Tracking Mode targets may spawn overlapping an older target, making the older target unhittable. Target hit priorities are now sorted by spawn order, you will always hit the oldest target when two or more targets overlap
