fixedFixed an issue where notifications could appear when Steam was not running, even with notifications turned off. Improved an issue where clicks near the flag did not register properly. Cats often did not notice the ball, so we made it easier for them to notice it. Adjusted things so that cats and the ball no longer get stuck at the edge of the screen. Made various other minor bug fixes.
