For those whose cats do not appear after launching the app

We are currently aware of an issue where, in some environments, Sill Cats launches but the cats do not appear on the screen.

If you are experiencing the same issue, I’m very sorry for the trouble, but I would really appreciate it if you could send us your log file.

You can retrieve the log file by following these steps:

Right-click the Sill Cats icon — the cat-shaped icon — in the system tray. Open Settings, then click “Open Log Folder” at the bottom left of the window.

Please open the log file in that folder and send it to the email address below:
