Text speed updates and some narrative/ending fixes

A few fixes here, but they're very important: some of these make sure the correct endings/epilogues play, which could be very narratively important at a critical moment!

fixedFixed bug where sometimes clicking an already spoken dialog line would lock the game in an uncontinuable state
changedText speed has been updated, and setting the slider to max will make text pop in instantly.
