When working on the mutated wolves, our goal wasn't just to create monsters - we wanted to visualize the consequences of the lore on Danville's fauna itself

According to the story, the ancient force tied to the rituals beneath the mountain begins to corrupt all living things. The wolves become one of the most visceral manifestations of this infection: ranging from initial physical deformities to a near-total loss of their natural form

Thus, the enemy visual design directly extends the world's narrative. It demonstrates that the evil here isn't localized - it spreads and rewrites nature itself
