Ultimate augments can increase the number of transfers per 3s, or reduce the transfer damage and increase Commanding Aura generation when empowered.
changedKhy Arcane Familiar and Arcane shield damage buffed by 100%. They should now be competitive with Firebolt for damage per Global. Quality of Life: Arcane Familiar buff indicators now always show their maximum duration. You can refresh without any loss when the duration is less than half. Firebolt cast time increased to 3s (from 2.5s). Damage increased to compensate. Fire Wave cast time reduced to 1.5s (from 3s). This should make Khy's combo feel more responsive.
changedKissa Pyrl's Mark and Aphasia's Mercy now deal 1 tick of damage or healing instantly, and have a maximum duration of 24s (up from 22s). Quality of Life: Pyrl's Mark and Aphasia's Mercy buff indicators now always show their maximum duration. You can refresh without any loss when the duration is less than half. Skomorok's Wrath cast time increased to 3s (from 1.5s). Numbers adjusted to compensate. Note: Kissa has a lot of casts per minute due to buff management. This change should give her a bit of down time when building Blessings. Lugubri's Cloud duration increased to 1.5s per Blessing consumed (from 1s), but damage per second reduced to compensate.
addedKrug Pack Mentality and Thick Skin removed from the GCD. Thick Skin now grants an absorb shield in addition to the damage reduction. Pack Mentality duration increased to 12s (from 8s) and Attack Speed / Cooldown Reduction increased to 60% (from 40%). Now also grants 1 stack of Dingo Stance on use.
