While you were relaxing on the beach (well-deserved, we hope), our developers continued to grind to bring you another optimization update!
Average FPS is up by +20, and the overall experience should feel noticeably smoother. This should solve the issue for those remaining few players who reported that they were not able to play the game as it was intended to be played.
Turns out one of the developers left a small chunk of his 'homework' folder within the build files. Once we got rid of that shit, the game went from original ~17GB to around 7GB!
Performance has been a work in progress, but it is not our only focus. Now that we have worked out the most critical of optimization issues, we can focus on content. We are working on many more surprises that you will hear all about on our Facebook, Instagram, X, as well as TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
We are still facing difficulties with the game booting up on the Steam Deck, but it's also something we intend to fix in August 2026.
