addedSo rad that there's a whole festival dedicated to our favourite genre. So stoked to be included in this thing alongside some of our absolute favourites like Wildfrost, Star Vaders and Inscryption! If you've been looking for the perfect time to try the Shroom and Gloom demo this is it! And while you're at it, leave a review for the demo, or wishlist the game because... Steam post image We're almost at 175K Wishlists! At the time of writing this dev log we've amassed 171 204 wishlist for Shroom and Gloom! Blown away that so many dungeon crawlers and mushroom munchers have wishlisted the game since we launched the Steam page last May. Thanks to everyone that murdered that wishlist button, and high fives to any future supporters that'll land up helping push the total up to 175K! Steam post image Character classes, meta progression and prologue! Since our last dev log we've landed some awesome wins on the game. On the top of the list these include: Meta-progression rework! We've totally overhauled our quest system and how players are able to unlock new cards, playstyles and... Character classes! Delighted to share that each path to The Gloom can now be walked by a variety of different character classes. Our first new class is the lunch lady, and she's awesome! Prologue! After our recent rework of exploration gameplay we realised we needed a little tutorial chapter to intuitively show players how explore cards can impact on the world around them. The result is our prologue chapter, which was largely made over and amazing 1 day game jam. If you'd like to see a bit of the jam, and the resulting prologue, check out this little devlog!
