Shrine's Legacy changes
What's beyond the big door? Well, what you might find is the most difficult level the game has to offer. This is the launch of the new Uncharted Lands Free DLC for Shrine's Legacy!
In addition to a brand-new massive dungeon, this update adds 5 new jewels to the game to find and customize your build with, and the Japanese localization which was in beta is now moved to the main branch for you to play!
Additionally, Shrine's Legacy is 25% off in the Steam Summer Sale, June 25 to July 9.

Uncharted Lands Free DLC Dungeon added! To enter, collect all 8 gemstones and return to the Uncharted Lands Entrance
5 new jewels you can obtain and use! If you crave some minor spoilers on their location, check the bottom of this update.
A Japanese localization is now available in the options in the default Steam branch! It was previously only available when playing the beta branch.
Fellinore Overworld: It's now raining in this part of the world
- Lightning DungeonAdded some thunder sound effects to the plant's lightning
Lightning Dungeon: There's now a use for the keys you found exploring this dungeon
Seeing Eye Jewel has a cool new effect now
Bug Fixes / Adjustments:
UI: Enemy HP bar now takes their z position into account (relevant mostly for flying enemies)
Elements: Light and Water effect bar length now dynamically adjusts with how long the effect actually lasts
- Bomb PotionHas an improved effect, more randomization, and also has new effects for dash attack and charge attack
- Crystal DungeonAdded a new save points at the start of each main path for convenience of swapping jewels
- Crystal DungeonFixed an aesthetic issue where in one room a battle challenge exploder would fly off-screen when defeating the enemies
Wind Dungeon: The NPC's just outside the dungeon cleaning up rubble should now disappear when they are supposed to
- Siltens OverworldFixed an error where the background didn't scroll at the correct speed in the room with the miniboss
- Wind DungeonFixed an error where the background had a seam between the first 2 rooms in the dungeon (now there's a cliff there)
- Pyragord OverworldFixed an error in a cave where a crystal puzzle element would reset upon leaving and re-entering the room
- Fellinore / CutsceneFixed one of the character's portrait and sound blip not working as intended in the room before the town
- Puzzles / EarthFixed a number of issues with earth platforms
- Galadine OverworldFixed an issue in the room where you exit the wind dungeon, where a treasure you unbury would rebury itself upon leaving and re-entering the room
Fellinore Overworld: Reverted the recent palette change of one of the enemies in this zone
- Fellinore OverworldOne of the enemies here has a new weakness
Mapping:
Crystal Dungeon, Fellinore overworld, Pyragord Mountain, and Lightning Dungeon all got some polish updates throughout

As promised, here's your minor spoilers for jewel locations. Don't read if you don't want to know:
3 are found in the new level. 1 is found by talking to a new NPC near the beginning area of the game. the final one is found in the lightning dungeon as a new treasure!
