We’re super hyped that you are enjoying the new challenges and experiences it brings to the game.

Some of you experienced the "Abandoned Housing Block" elevator bug. We've been working during the weekend to identify the root cause of the issue and create an effective solution. We would like to send a big “thank you” to all the players who took the time to send us logs and saves, aiding us in locating the bug and finding a resolution swiftly. ːsteamhappyː

Thanks to your support, we implemented the 1.1.1 hotfix to get your Showgunners experience back on track.

It would be mighty helpful if you attached a dxdiag log, since in some cases the issue may result from specific hardware/driver setups.

How to get access to dxdiag log:

1. While on desktop, click on the Windows icon.
2. Search for "dxdiag" and launch the tool.
3. To the right, at the bottom of the pop-up window, click "Save all information...".
4. Save the log as ".txt" file and send it us.
