Gear up and get ready, ShotSurged is releasing in public playtesting on November 10th. Here's all you need to know.
Before we show off the update, we want to give an early happy birthday to ShotSurged 0.7. This update launches on the same day that 0.7 originally launched on. Happy Birthday!
The Public Playtest
This beta marks the first official public playtest for ShotSurged, on Nov. 10th. We'll be watching closely (even joining in) to evaluate your feedback!

Killstreaks
On day one you'll be able to play with the 9 killstreaks we've lined up for the beta, the choice is yours on how you want to play, be it calling in care packages or piloting a helicopter to take to the enemy team head on.
Retouched Gunplay
Starting with 1.0, you'll have way more of a reason than you ever did in ShotSurged before to use specific types of weapons. Certain guns now have recoil and are buffed/nerfed at the cost of having a pro or con to them.
Tweaked Movement
Pre-1.0 there were tons of cooldowns to jumping, proning, etc. Now in 1.0 this has been fixed allowing for some crazy movement and ways to out-move your enemy.
Linux & Steam Deck Support (Experimental)
We're launching Steam Deck support as an experimental feature. ShotSurged should work on the Steam Deck but it might not work entirely, hence why we're launching this feature as an experimental one. Your feedback will help us greatly.
