Major Changes

Event Difficulty Selection

Are events too easy? Or perhaps impossible for your tiny guild? Read below.

With this update, we offer a new power to Guild officers; Event Difficulty Selection. For each of our Guild Events (Lost City of Gold, King’s Caprice and Dragon Invasion), a difficulty level can be chosen.

For players comfortable with event difficulty until now, Hard offers similar rewards and challenges. Easy and Medium are more appropriate for smaller guilds of newer players, offering lesser rewards in exchange for a more reasonable challenge.

Extreme is suited for established guilds of advanced players, wishing to face steeper requirements in exchange for greater rewards. In addition, it features a few extra bonus rewards beyond the Grand Prize, for guilds who want to go the extra mile.

New Event Difficulties are unlocked through the Town Hall building level. Once a new difficulty is unlocked, it can be assigned to one or more events individually by officers. Keep in mind however that an event’s difficulty cannot be changed while the event is running.

As part of this update, your guild’s event difficulties will be automatically set to the highest difficulty allowed by your Town Hall. It will however not automatically be set to Extreme, to prevent presenting an insurmountable challenge to unwary guilds. If you’d like to tackle the Extreme difficulty, it can be manually assigned by any guild officer.
