Shadow Mansion2 changes
We’ve carefully reviewed the in-depth feedback and analysis from both our streamer friends and our community. We’ve worked hard to erase that hesitant “but” at the end of every sentence that starts with “The game is great, but…”.
With this update, Shadow Mansion now offers a far more optimized, clearer, and even more tension-filled experience.
Here’s the changelog:
🎥 Streamer & Performance Optimization: We’ve fixed the issue of high resource usage that especially affected players who stream the game.
Your in-game performance will no longer drop when OBS or other broadcasting tools are running.
Graphics settings optimized specifically for streamers have been added.
🔦 Lighting & Navigation: We heard your complaints: “My flashlight doesn’t even light up what’s in front of me.”
Field of View: The excessively dark areas inside the house have been rebalanced. The atmosphere is now frightening, yet still “visible.”
- Flashlight PowerThe flashlight’s range and brightness have been increased.
House Layout: The confusing design elements that caused you to get lost inside the house have been made more distinct.
🎵 Atmosphere & Chase Sequences: The silence during chase scenes has been broken!
- Dynamic MusicNow, whenever a chase begins, intense tension-filled music kicks in to drive your heartbeat higher. The fear factor has been raised to where it should be. Thank you for your kind words (“Incredible game”, “Masterpiece”) and your constructive criticism. The lights are now more balanced, and the shadows more dangerous than ever!
