fixedthis little addition makes building towers take a few seconds. more for powerful towers like canons. at first it seemed to be against the fast paced nature of the game but after some testing. it seems to be the perfect fit and fixes the op canon spamming strat. also fixed the xp bar. it wasnt saving properly so if you didnt get enough xp to gain a skill lv it would reset the meter. instead of adding to it.
