fixedGAMEPLAY(Movement restrictions) Corrected the accessibility of the "Belgium" region for the German player. The 6th Panzer Army can now reach it, as can the 5th for a possible final effort.

removedGAMEPLAY(Replacements) Replacement rates for headquarters units and the cost of certain units have been slightly revised. The main change is that RPs can no longer be accumulated from one turn to the next, to avoid effects on "quiet" turns, notably turn 0. (In the game, the PRs produced by HQ units abstractly reflect their organizational capabilities, casualty care, repair workshops and other reserved manpower or equipment that can be deployed).
