SEVERANCE changes
Minor Update 0.4.3
This update includes a mix of bug fixes, balance adjustments, and gameplay improvements.
Fixed Bugs
Fixed a bug that caused players to not see each other’s Player Cards in the lobby.
Fixed a bug that caused the XP bar to be interactable.
Fixed a bug that caused the Laser Grid option on the tablet to not change any ghost types when dead.
Fixed an issue where investigators positioned above or below a Revenant could still incorrectly count as being within range.
Balance Changes
Increased full temperature warm-up / cooldown time from 60 seconds to 120 seconds after noticing 60 seconds was too fast to make much difference.
Ghosts are now less visible during hunts. They will flicker into visibility less frequently, making them harder to read while being looped.
This also creates a base flicker state for the upcoming Ghost Behaviours Rework Update, where some ghosts will flicker more or less often than others.
Increased Revenant faster-speed detection range from 4m to 6m.
Improvements
Ghost type evidence has now been adjusted for each individual ghost to better support upcoming behavior changes.
Check the tablet for updated evidence assignments.
Jinn can no longer be identified by selecting only 2 pieces of evidence.
Revenant speed now properly calculates path distance instead of direct range distance.
