Patch #1 - Thank you!

First off: thank you. Service with a Shotgun is officially out in the wild, and you all made launch an absolute blast. We’re sitting at 100% positive right now (?!), and that’s thanks entirely to you.

Thank you for playing this little chaotic game and I hope you enjoy :D Now... onto the patch notes:

  • Made turrets higher so they dont look to be blocked behind barricades

  • Fixed dialogue bits (wrong people talking, lines too long or wonky etc)

  • Implemented pause when inactive setting, pauses the game whenever you click out of it (if the game is stuck in the pause menu, turning this off is probably your fix)

  • Players will now start with no weapon at the beginning of each day during Ch 3 (THEY MUST BE OBTAINED AT THE STORE)

  • Demo players will now automatically receive achievements they might've missed upon booting up the game for the first time!

  • Auto aim has been reworked to be more intuitive

  • Reworked wall-running during Ch 4

  • Players can actually quit the FPS section now!

  • Zombies no longer spawn out of bounds in FPS section

  • Settings FINALLY save across chapters

  • Both car and FPS sections have master volume sliders now

  • Genie saves now (will only pop up again after new game start)

  • Item to drag no longer soft locks player

  • Removed random ass text box when hovering over the zombie intensity text

  • Players can no longer pause during Chapter 3 cutscene

  • Fixed controller menu bugs

  • Players can now unlock all achievements with a controller!

  • Fixed visual bug when time travelling ;)

  • Players can now use ALT+ENTER to switch to full screen

  • Switching to fullscreen (or windowed) outside of settings automatically saves it as a preferred setting, neat!
