Senile Zombies changes
Added a new Lich boss that spawns every couple of rounds
Rebalanced enemy scaling to be exponential. This means enemies will be easier in early rounds but much tougher in later rounds (especially on higher difficulties).
Adjusted preset difficulties, overall making all of them slightly easier
Fix enemies stopping moving when too many are spawned
Added detailed enemy settings to lobby
Added cheat settings to lobby
Added button to revert settings back to their default values in the lobby
Opening the in-game menu now pauses the game in singleplayer, or if you are the host
